Chic, modern garden wedding at the historic Atwater Club, Montreal

The brief: Elizabeth Bennett (from Pride and Prejudice) gets married in 2025.

I thought my heart would stop when I heard that. My design dream come true!

Creating this incredibly chic, yet elegant and intimate garden vibe within the historic Club Atwater for Sosan & Vlad was an absolute joy. We had the pleasure of collaborating once again with the team from The Event Agency, part of an all-star roster of vendors that made for a spectacular celebration.

A sophisticated white and green colour palette, interpreted with distinctly sculptural floral vibes, paired with vintage-inspired burnish gold made for the perfect modern-meets-Austen look. It being June, we had an abundance of white peonies to work with, as well as calla lilies, ranunculus, roses, and allll the fun textural foliages. The team’s favourite piece was probably the chandelier, dripping lushly with foliages, ferns, and amaranthus. A real show-stopper!
