Modern garden wedding in the Eastern Townships, Quebec

Marie & John celebrated their love at the Espace 4 Saisons in Orford, Quebec in late August 2024, and Flourish & Knot was lucky enough to flower, design, and manage their modern garden wedding. The peachy palette was perfect for the season, and allowed us to work with the most beautiful, locally-grown dahlias, zinnias, and cosmos.

The couple asked us to design a day that reflected their love of plants and flowers, and that stayed true to their refined, yet relaxed tastes. We carried the botanical motif of Marie’s dress fabric through in elements such as the stationery and black-and-white floral plates, and incorporated elegant, yet natural textures such as ceramic and clear glass.

One of our favourite moments was the couple’s private last dance, which they enjoyed amongst the flickering candlelight of their beautiful garden-inspired ballroom. We just love how the day was captured through the lens of Kerstin Hahn.
