Summer 2024 Floral Workshop Announcement!
Our summer 2024 Flourish & Knot floral workshop will take place on Saturday, August 17th at 11 AM at Luma Lofts (4020 Saint Ambroise St #478, Montreal, Quebec), and will highlight our own local floral bounty.
You’ll learn to create a gorgeous and natural hand-tied bouquet in a riot of colour, full of the most beautiful locally-grown blooms – and it just so happens to be Canadian Flowers Week! There’s no better way to celebrate local flowers than to get your hands on the best of the best.
The workshop will last approximately an hour and a half, and is priced at $125+taxes per participant. All your flowers and materials will be provided, and you’ll take home a beautiful bouquet to enjoy proudly in your home.

An avid educator, Sarah enjoys sharing the basics of floral arranging through workshops in the Montreal area and Eastern Ontario. With a focus on seasonality and sustainable design mechanics, Sarah introduces flower enthusiasts to the joy of flower arranging for fun and creative pleasure.
Flourish & Knot also offers corporate team-building workshops focused on floral design as a means of encouraging creative thinking, wellness, and community spirit. Workshops can be held in-person or online!
Sarah’s background in elementary and high school music education (B. Mus/B. Ed McGill University 2011) makes her a natural communicator, able to foster a love of design and creativity in learners of all ages!
