It’s been such a long time since I got on here to blog. Fall is just flying by, and I’ve been so lucky to be busy not only with my wonderful family and teaching job, but also with so many great floral design projects. I just wrapped up a really gorgeous styled wedding shoot that I cannot wait to share with you later this fall! I also had the opportunity to celebrate the inaugural #CanadianFlowersWeek in September, and I held a dahlia centrepiece workshop for six flower lovers. We had sooo much fun playing with locally-grown blooms.

Every single flower and stem was sourced locally, and it was so wonderful to create with the absolute freshest blooms possible!

I have an exciting new workshops series coming up at the end of November that I hope you’ll want to be involved in! On Sunday, November 25th I will be holding two (in one day!) wreathmaking workshops, just in time for the holiday season.

Book your spot for one of Flourish & Knot's holiday wreathmaking workshop | DIY wreathmaking workshop

The workshops will be held on Sunday, November 25th at 10:00 AM in Vankleek Hill, Ontario, and at 3:00 PM in Ile Perrot, Quebec. The workshop is $60 pp, which includes all the freshest materials (lots of locally-grown evergreens!), tools for your use, and some tasty homemade holiday treats to enjoy. You’ll go home with a fabulous, naturally-decorated wreath to proudly display for the season.
